In early 2015 I identified Adam Gadahn (aka Adam Pearlman), one of the top 10 most wanted terrorists on the FBI watchlist. He was the Al Qaeda leader for Iraq and Syria. While born in Oregon, he lived in my hometown of Boca Raton for several years where his family lives. He was my orthodontic patient.

I also identified a second terrorist on the unpublished most wanted list whose name I cannot list here for national security reasons in the event that this document is discoverable. This individual is using an assumed name and I also provided the FBI/ DHS with his Gophone, which was a network of terrorist contacts. I also provided them with his car’s Sunpass number so he can be tracked retroactively, a technique which has since become implemented since I introduced it. I also provided the FBI/DHS with a terrorist website including a chat room which was a rabbit hole for internet based terror chat based out of Zurich. I would be happy to discuss the specifics of this situation but only with someone who has SSBI clearance for reasons of national security.
Worked with Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC) directly with Senator Ron Johnson and committee director David Luckey and chief committee counsel Chris Hixon, I provided information that led to the governments ability to break into the San Bernardino shooter’s iPhone. One of the companies I own is predicated upon cellular encryption technology. Concepts from this were extrapolated to break into the phone itself. Again, since this document may be subject to FOIA I am unable to disclose the techniques employed for national security reasons. I would be happy to explain the technique implemented for proof of concept but only to an individual with SSBI clearance.
I have also worked with the House Transportation Committee’s Subcommittee on Aviation regarding airline security specifically related to implementation of ADS-B radar. My proposed protocol additionally suggested an alternative technique implementing Gogo in-flight Wi-Fi to identify an incoming commercial flight that could be used as a weapon of terror against the United States homeland. The specifics of these protocols, which have not yet been implemented, cannot be disclosed in the context of this application again for national security reasons. I would be happy to discuss them with anyone you deem appropriate with SSBI clearance.
I have worked with the National Security Advisor for the House Homeland Security Committee (Miles Taylor) on several issues discussed in this application along with suggestions I have given them regarding weaknesses in the physical infrastructure of NORAD.
In September 2016, the director of Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs committee, David Luckey, honored me by asking me to brief Senator Ron Johnson, the chairman of the committee, for their annual threat assessment hearing in which they interviewed FBI Director James Comey and DHS secretary

When the president gave his press conference in the famous tan suit claiming that the reason that he had no strategy on ISIS was because he was waiting for options and direction from the Pentagon, I did a FOIA with the DOD confirming that he had never asked for options and directions from the Pentagon and had only thrown them under the bus. One hour after the Pentagon’s PAO Lieutenant Crosson completed the process of re-vetting the accuracy of the findings of my FOIA for the media (Catherine Herridge requested that he review it prior to release as it contained explosive findings), Chuck Hagel unpredictably resigned without explanation.
